Serving Directions:

1. Boil Method: Put the whole pack into hot water in a bowl for 10 minutes, then pick it up and remove the eel. Be careful not to flow hot water into the pack.
2. Microwave Method: First, for boiled eels from the frozen pack of eel, then defrost the eel until the eel becomes tender. Remove the eel from the pack and put it on a dish to cover with a microwave-proof plate. Heat up with 500w election range for 2 minutes. Note that heating time varies with the type of equipment.
3. Oven Method: First, for boiled eels from the frozen pack of eel, then defrost it until the eel becomes tender. Remove the eel from the package, and put it into the oven to heat up a little with aluminum foil.
